Let’s BE ACTIVE together and raise money for a great cause. AADE has added a fundraising component to the AADE12 5K – Leading through Education Event.  All participants are encouraged to support the AADE Foundation by collecting donations from friends, family & colleagues.

Participants who collect at least $50 in donations will receive an AADE12 5K T-shirt; participants who collect $250 or more will be entered into a drawing for an iPad!

Download the fundraising form to raise funds from your personal network of friends, family, & colleagues.  The fundraising form & money should be turned in on-site at the AADE Foundation desk, located in the Silent Auction in the Crossroads Hallway of the Indiana Convention Center. 

The AADE Education and Research Foundation secures financial resources to fund grants and scholarships that support a variety of research and educational opportunities for AADE members, thereby translating positive findings into evidence-based tools; advancing the practice of diabetes education; and enabling members to help people with diabetes successfully self-manage their conditions.
