Donate/Raise funds for the American Diabetes Association

Raise money for the American Diabetes Association while participating in a fun & healthy event - the 5K@ADA sponsored by Novo Nordisk.

Please click here to download the fundraising form to solicit donations from your friends, family, colleagues and vendors. All money should be turned in on-site at the booth in the registration area.

For each $500 you raise, ADA will give you a $25 gift certificate good in the ADA Store on-site in San Diego. There will be an additional prize for the top fund-raiser!
