5K@EASD run/walk Congratulations to all finishers of the 5K@EASD held in Berlin, Germany on 4 October 2012. Novo Nordisk would like to thank you for joining us in changing the future of diabetes. The 5K@EASD run/walk brought together EASD delegates and citizens of Berlin to emphasize the need for increased physical activity and to help prevent diabetes. A slight change in exercise and diet habits can significantly reduce the risk of developing diabetes later in life. 662 EASD delegates and citizens of Berlin participated in the 5K@EASD, which started and finished on the blue track of Berlin's famous Olympiastadion.
