Winter Program 2007/2008

Monday and Wednesday

Practices will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at the MIT indoor track from 7PM - 8:30PM (plus cool-down). It is not mandatory to be available for both practices. Dates of the program are November 26, 2007 to February 29, 2008.

Note: Due to the high demand for these days, the Monday/Wednesday program is already filled. Fortunately, there are still openings in the Monday/Thursday program. For more information please click here.

Daily Schedule

Meet up: 7:00PM
Outdoor warm up: 7:15PM - 7:30PM
Track time: 7:30PM - 8:30PM
Outdoor cool down*: 8:30M

*If the weather is severe, workouts will be adjusted to allow athletes to cool down inside.

Due to the variation in training and competition schedules, there are separate fees based on each athlete’s needs. All participation fees are due upon commitment to the program:

  • Group A, $1,500: Athletes who have an indoor track program, or are training for another sport and will not be competing indoors.
  • Group B, $1,625: Athletes who do not have an indoor track program but are interested in training and competing indoors. (The increase charge is to cover research and registration of indoor track meets. An additional charge to cover the meet entry fees will be added at the completion of the program.)
