Winter Program 2007/2008

Monday and Wednesday

Practices will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at the MIT indoor track from 7PM - 8:30PM (plus cool-down). It is not mandatory to be available for both practices. Dates of the program are November 26, 2007 to February 29, 2008.

Note: Due to the high demand for these days, the Monday/Wednesday program is already filled. Fortunately, there are still openings in the Monday/Thursday program. For more information please click here.

Daily Schedule

Meet up: 7:00PM
Outdoor warm up: 7:15PM - 7:30PM
Track time: 7:30PM - 8:30PM
Outdoor cool down*: 8:30M

*If the weather is severe, workouts will be adjusted to allow athletes to cool down inside.
