IDF 5K Run/Walk to Change Diabetes  Congratulations to all finishers of the IDF 5K held in Montréal on 22 October 2009. IDF and Novo Nordisk would like to thank you for making it a great day and for joining us in changing the future of diabetes. A healthy lifestyle can make a difference!
The IDF 5K brought together IDF delegates and citizens of Montréal to emphasize the need for increased physical activity and to help prevent diabetes and diabetes complications. Hosted at the historic Old Port of Montréal, the IDF 5K was a main attraction of the 20th World Diabetes Congress and the only event to bring IDF delegates out into the streets of Montréal.
